Job description

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time.
Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans that align with goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications and ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Daily Meetings: Conduct daily meetings to ensure project milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Collaboration with BAs: Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise proactive strategies to mitigate them.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to maximize outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and compliance requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple development teams simultaneously, overseeing the progression of several projects to ensure cohesive and coordinated execution.
Multitasking: Excel in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Project Implementation Skills: Apply proven methodologies to oversee the entire lifecycle of project implementation, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Time and Scope Accuracy: Ensure project timelines and scopes are accurately planned and adhered to, achieving precise alignment with project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and adapt project frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications

Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable.
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in public sector projects or related fields.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of industry-standard project management software and tools.
Strong Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian are essential; proficient in English, capable of clear and effective communication.
