We are looking to a positive and proactive IT project manager to join our city changers' team at Yerevan Municipality.
Job description
As our project manager, you are will be responsible to coordinate people and processes to ensure that your projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline:
- assign duties and responsibilities,
- oversee workflow of project staff and the day-to-day workflow of the projects,
- conduct performance of the team and the projects evaluations that are timely and constructive,
- handle discipline of a team without getting personal.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines and staffing using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Set and track project milestones, manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishe and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule and scope of project.
- Collect, analyze and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving excellent skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles, planning and information technology procedures and practices.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- 2 or more years of related experience required.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals and software development life cycle.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent level of Armenian Language.
- Technical level of English Language.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Salary will depend on your experience.
Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
