“Active Citizen” mobile app has been launched

From now on Yerevan residents can submit their complaints and existing problems to the Municipality online, via the mobile app. The ‘Active Citizen” mobile application was launched on the “Active Citizen” platform. It makes it possible for citizens to report problems from any location leaving a text or voice message as well as attaching videos or photos. Together with the “Hot Line” service it has a feedback possibility, so citizens can get responses related to their problem solution.
