Visit to China for studying the traffic management system
Effective management of traffic lights is one of the primary problems of effective traffic management in Yerevan. It is an opportunity to increase the average speed of vehicles while increasing the level of traffic safety. Implementation of the electronic traffic management system is also one of the important components of the "Smart City" concept.
For this purpose, Sargis Manukyan, the director of "Technology Management Center of Yerevan City", visited China to study new electronic traffic management systems. During the visit, there were meetings with representatives of leading large companies, among which is the global company "Hisense".
"Hisense" company organizes regulated traffic in a number of large Chinese cities, including the capital Beijing, through "smart" systems.
There was also a meeting with China's SCO Technology Center to explore and localize new technology solutions.
