Process Visualization: Describe and visualize business processes for clarity and enhanced understanding.
Independent Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify and address inefficiencies.
Documentation: Detail and document requirements, including writing Terms of Reference (ToR) and other technical documents, while coordinating with key stakeholders such as Yerevan Municipality.
User Story Development: Structure user stories for development teams, including creating demonstrative how-tos.
Analytical Solutions: Apply your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to dissect complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Business and Tech Integration: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, understanding the nuances of software development processes.
Communication Excellence: Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, catering to both English and Armenian-speaking stakeholders.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications: PMP or BABOK certifications are a plus, adding value to your application.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analytics, with a strong emphasis on process improvement.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools and a familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
Multifaceted Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
