We are looking for a Junior network support specialists to provide assistance and guidance to system users in Yerevan Municipality.

A network support specialist is responsible for testing, troubleshooting and providing general help for a computer network within organization. The specialist will be part of an information technology (IT) department and troubleshooting with non-IT employees.

Աշխատանքի նկարագրություն

Build and configure local area network (LAN), including installation of network software, firewalls and security settings for all network endpoints.

Set up desktop computer equipment and install all network and system software, including operating systems and user software packages for new employees.

Set up new users on LAN network, provide access permissions to approved groups and configure security settings for new employees.

Computer hardware and software maintenance.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer networking or a related area
• At least one year network and computer server experience
• Technical knowledge of computers, servers, printers, IP phones, network connections, IP cameras and similar equipment․
• Skills in problem solving, customer service and prioritizing
• Experience in Windows 7, 10, 11, Windows Server, knowledge of LINUX OS preferred
• Technical level of English Language.
